Dr Shannon Gaffaney, BVetMed PGCertSAOphthal MRCVS RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology is able to offer an Ophthalmology Referral Service to other veterinary practices in the area. The practice has a range of advanced diagnostic equipment including slit-lamp biomicroscopy, binocular ophthalmoscopy, tonometry and gonioscopy. We also have diamond burr debridement for SCCED ulcers, electrolysis, cryotherapy and an operating microscope for fine cornea surgery.

Where an individual requires investigations or surgery beyond her ability, she will advise and refer to an appropriate veterinary specialist.
